Unlimited projects does not mean unlimited checks.
A project is an app or service. A monitor is a configured check. If you watch a website, its API and its certificate, that can use three monitor slots—even if all three belong to one project.
The launch plan includes sales, refunds and customer history, custom events, monitoring, incidents and recovery, iPhone sound preferences, widgets, maintenance windows and one status page. Team seats, SMS and voice alerts are not part of this plan.
Know how events are counted.
Each accepted unique incoming event counts once. A retry with the same identity does not count again. Purchases, refunds and custom events share the allowance across the workspace; assigned historical imports count too.
Internal monitor transitions and push-delivery retries do not use the incoming-event allowance. At the limit, excess ingestion returns an explicit error for the sender to handle. There is no silent acceptance or automatic overage bill.
Your purchase history has a different job from a check log.
Raw monitoring checks are retained for 30 days, with daily uptime summaries for 12 months. Purchase, refund and customer history is not removed simply because a monitoring log ages out.
You can export owned-workspace data or request account deletion through the product. Billing and shared ownership can need attention before deletion. See the Privacy notice for the current retention policy.
